Terms of Service for Wetipp

1. Introduction

Welcome to Wetipp, a game app designed to bring you an engaging gaming experience. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). These Terms affect your legal rights and obligations, so please read them carefully.

User Accounts

To access certain features of Wetipp, you may be required to create an account using your email, phone number, or social login options (Facebook, Apple, Google), and provide certain personal information including your name, username, and profile picture. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your devices.

Account Security Your account security is our priority. Users are required to maintain a strong password for account access. Wetipp reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts involved in offensive language use, suspicious activities, or any behavior deemed harmful to other users.

Content

Users are allowed to post or share images (initially as profile pictures) and text (only in names input). We prohibit the posting of content that could be seen as problematic, including but not limited to hate speech and nudity. Wetipp will use human moderators to review user-generated content.

Rights Users do not retain rights over the content except for the predictions they add. Wetipp reserves the right to use user-generated content for promotional purposes.

Privacy and Data Protection

Wetipp values your privacy. We collect personal information such as your name, username, email, and birthday, alongside usage data to enhance your experience. This data is stored securely in Firebase Auth and our database. Data may be shared with Google Analytics for analytical purposes.

Users have the right to manage, download, or delete their data in compliance with GDPR.

Payments and Subscriptions

Wetipp does not currently offer paid features or subscriptions. Payment methods for future services will include Apple and Google payments.

Intellectual Property

Issues related to copyright infringement and content ownership will be addressed as needed. Crawling or unauthorized use of the content or services provided on our platform is not allowed.

Changes to Terms of Service

Wetipp reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or an in-app popup. Continued use of the service after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
